The Basics

Love It is a macOS menu bar utility that changes the current song's favourite status in Music when you click its icon, choose a menu action or use your keyboard shortcut. Click to favourite is enabled by default and can be changed in Preferences.

Music and Your Library

Love It requires the Music app and your permission to control it. A favourite change may sync to your other devices through Music. Music availability, subscriptions and syncing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Some tracks may not support changes through Music's scripting interface.

Availability and Liability

Love It is provided "as is" without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Compatibility may be affected by changes to macOS or Music. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, Music access and analytics.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
