Love It
A little love for your favourite songs.
Love It is a small macOS menu bar app for favouriting the current song in Music without leaving what you're doing. Click the icon or use a keyboard shortcut, and choose a heart or star in monochrome or colour.
Requires macOS 13 or later and the Music app.
Getting started
Play a song in Music and allow Love It to control Music when macOS asks. Click the menu bar icon to favourite or unfavourite the song. Right-click or Control-click for Preferences and Quit. You can change what a click does in Preferences.
If access was denied, enable Love It in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation, then choose Refresh in Love It's menu. Opening Love It again also opens Preferences, where Quit is always visible.
