The Basics

Peek is provided "as is" without warranty. It's a menubar utility that displays your OpenAI API usage — it doesn't manage your account or make changes on your behalf.

Your API Key

You are responsible for your OpenAI Admin API key. Peek stores it locally in your device's Keychain and uses it solely to fetch your usage data from OpenAI. We recommend using a restricted key with read-only usage permissions.

Liability

Peek displays data from the OpenAI API. We're not responsible for the accuracy of that data, OpenAI API availability, or any costs incurred on your OpenAI account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
